Yoga

Well, Susan's off at pre-natal yoga now. She has been going once a week throughout her entire pregnancy. It is really good to help her stay limber, focus on relaxation and breathing, and get to meet some other soon-to-be moms. The relaxation and breathing in yoga is pretty much exactly what you want to do during the first stage of labor (up until the pushing part), so this is great training.
