Sunday, not at all bloody, Sunday...
Well, we spent all of yesterday pulling out all of the stops and trying every labor inducer we could think of (short of castor oil, which we have decided to postpone for at least another week) and took a long walk with Karen to her local frozen custard shop where the featured flavor was Bananas Foster. I don't know if that is supposed to induce labor, but it sure is good!Anyway, all that didn't bring on any real strong contractions so she missed her chance to have the same birthday as Deepto, but we think Susan continues to make progress. At least the weather is still nice: warm, but not opressively hot or humid. We did some yard work this morning, and now we're heading out to pre-natal yoga. One of these things will have to get her labor started sometime!
Our OBs have Susan's due date in her chart as June 30th, which is four days later than the date we have been using of June 26th. It just depends on which of the ultrasound measurements you believe. The later date is good for us since we won't be forced to have a medical induction until July 14th.
