An Old School Fourth

Well, we ended up having a very nice and relaxing Independence Day, but without any signs that labor is coming on. Karen came over and we had a really nice BBQ with chipotle chicken sausages and grilled shrimp in chipotle lime butter. I made some fresh black bean and corn salsa and a red, white and blue potato salad as well. We rented DVDs instead of going out. Old School was classic and Kissing Jessica Stein was superb! Finally, we watched the National Mall fireworks on TV, so now I know what it will feel like when I'm old and boring and stop doing things myself and start watching other people doing things on TV.
