So much for alternative medicine
Well, we're more than a day later than the day Dr. Lee said Susan should go into labor and we are just as baby-free as before. Tomorrow we go to the actual OB and talk about what tests we need and work out a plan leading up to a medical induction. We want to push it as late as we can, and go as gently as we can, without endangering Susan or the baby.Today Susan was quite tired and heavy feeling, but there wasn't any indications that labor was imminent. Lux and Paul took a nice walk to the park and Lux had a great time sliding down the slides by herself and climbing around on the jungle gym. I can tell she'll have a great time there as the weather starts to get warmer. She really seems to get stir crazy staying inside all day and needs to get out and do some running around. After a good nap, we all went to Old Town and took a nice walk. Lux loves to look at the ducks on the river and seems determined to walk right into the river herself. We stopped for dinner at Chipotle where Lux ate most of an order of tortilla chips, while refusing rice, beans, meat, guacamole and other forms of non-junk food.
