Happy Valentine's Day
BROTHER UPDATE:It is looking unlikely that the boy will be a Valentine's baby. No signs whatsoever that labor is impending. The same old occasional contractions, but nothing more. Paul has been a peach and has done his best to make sure the house stays tidy, Lux stays occupied and there is plenty of food in the fridge. Plus he lets Susan sleep in rather late each morning, knowing that she lies awake several hours each night thanks to brother's habit of resting on her bladder.
Tomorrow we see the midwife who will likely strip Susan's membranes, which can get labor started (although it didn't work the two times we tried it with Lux). Tonight we will spend a quiet Valentine's Day at home. We probably should have bought expensive, non-transferrable tickets to some big event - surely that would have insured we would be in labor tonight.
